All entrees are served with fresh French bread and your choice
of salad. As the seasons change, so do the vegetables and fruit.
For the best tasting meal, Chef will be happy to work with you to select the
finest vegetables. Side dishes and vegetables may be substituted.
Larger buffet combinations may be combined for an additional fee. This
is just a brief example of the menu selections available. Breakfast, brunch,
lunch and after wedding menus are available as well. All menu
selections include coffee, decaffeinated coffee, a variety of teas, and your
choice of fruit punch, lemonade or freshly brewed ice tea. Please know
that we are here to help make your catered wedding event the best it can
possibly be.

Deluxe Fruit,

The artist
begins with a hand-carved watermelon with a dancing couple and a lavish
display of seasonal fruit such as strawberries, pineapple, grapes,
cantaloupe and honeydew, with chocolate and butterscotch. Nestled
amongst the lavish fruits are fresh vegetables such as cherry tomatoes,
carrots, broccoli, cucumber, and jicama with a creamy ranch sauce. An
assortment of sliced cheeses are included with a variety of crackers. $6 per
person (May through October), $ 8 per person (November through April).
